Durham at the Double DVD
The Story of Durham County Cricket Club's Historically Successful 2007 Season DVD
On the 18th of August 2007 thousands of Durham fans descended on Lord’s for the biggest day out north east cricket had ever known.
This is the story of how Durham Dynamos produced one of the most complete performances seen in one day cricket history to win their first ever piece of silverware, The Friends Provident Trophy. It was only fifteen years earlier that Durham became a First Class County, now emotions were running high for all those cricket lovers who had seen the County blossom so impressively.
Not content with one trophy, Durham Dynamos then pushed on to win Division Two of the NatWest Pro40 League, in addition to coming second in the LV County Championship in a season where Ottis Gibson took a historic ten wicket haul in one innings against Hampshire.
This DVD includes the best of the action from Lord’s against Hampshire Hawks and the decisive NatWest Pro40 game against Glamorgan Dragons. There is also exclusive dressing room footage from our playercam following the team all the way to double glory.
