Rain has washed away our Second XI team's hopes of victory after being in the box seat in their match against Nottinghamshire.

Rain in London has dampened the Yorkshire Bank 40 match between Durham and Surrey this evening at The Oval.

Graham Onions will be absent from the Durham side this week as he represents his country as part of the England Lions side who will take on New Zealand in a four day match from Thursday May 9th at Leicester.

Durham will this week travel to The Oval to take on Surrey in a Yorkshire Bank 40 on Thursday May 9th and a LV=Championship match from Friday May 10th-Monday May 13th.

Due to a major booking at Durham CCC on Friday 24th May, the members lounge will be relocated 3pm onwards from the Riverside to the Castle View.
