Excellent effort that. This might be one of those games where losing wickets can help us as long as we score quickly enough. If we set them a target of say 300 to win, we may end up running out of time, whereas if we are bowled out for 200, they would need 240ish and the decision of when to declare is taken away from us.

basically next to no news ever comes from the club, but as everyone is so friendly and approachable at teh ground everyone who goes to matches knows everything about what goes on. for those of us who live outside teh NE it means we are left to feed off the scraps offered on LMC ;)
