I am curious to know whether a team has a right of appeal against points deducted, and, if so, did Durham appeal? I'm still angry about Prince's "Trott-like" timewasting. It was commented on at the time and it was us who lost points.

I was thinking yesterday, now things are much more posative "Hope that 4 point deduction doesn't bite us" Then I thought how does the slow over rate operate/ I've serched through the rules and playing regulations and can't find anything. Is anyone able to give me a pointer as to where to find it. Also re Mustards life yesterday- how far can the square leg umpire get involved. Could he, for instance, tell the other umpire the ball was going over the top in an LBW apeal?
