Disapointed for Onions as he cant do much more to get in the team then he has been. Dont see the point in continually calling him up without playing him.

The system is not perfect but at least it is an improvement on years ago when he would have had to sit out the matches. What I find unacceptable is that we can be told how many overs he could bowl for us. I believe this was the case at Headingley last year. Different if he was a contracted player and we could sign a replacement, (not that there is anyone half as good).

You could argue that Stokes has been our best bowler in last 2 games. It's his re-emergence as a bowler of quality that has given the tean the biggest boost.
