The hotel is in North Somerset at the 3* Best Western, Walton Park Hotel, situated in the residential seaside resort of Clevedon, a stunning clifftop location with fantastic views across the bay.
It has spacious and luxury equipped bedrooms individually designed, meals are served in the award winning Somerset Restaurant, where you can view breathtaking sunsets over the coastline. The hotel also has excellent reviews and within walking distance are restaurants, shops and pubs in the town centre.
Price includes all transfers to Taunton and return, approximately 35-40 minute journey and the tariff is bed and full english breakfast. Evening meals are available at an additional cost in the Somerset Restaurant.
Somerset County Cricket Club have agreed half price admission, exclusive only to Durham Travel Club Supporters.
Day 1 Leave the North East (am) and travel direct to our Hotel in Clevedon in time for a meal and relaxing night.
Day 2 After breakfast, coach to Taunton for Day 1 of the County Championship game between Somerset and Durham, returning to the hotel at the close of play.
Day 3 After breakfast, coach to Taunton for Day 2 of the County Championship game between Somerset and Durham, returning to the hotel at the close of play.
Day 4 After breakfast, coach to Taunton for Day 3 of the County Championship game between Somerset and Durham, returning to the hotel at the close of play.
Day 5 After breakfast, coach to Taunton for Day 4 of the County Championship game between Somerset and Durham, returning to the hotel at the close of play.
Day 6 After breakfast return to the North East.

A warm welcome to all Durham Supporters on our first visit to Kent with the Travel Club, which promises to be a competitive event and a great cricket holiday
Our hotel is The Glenwood, a friendly family run hotel situated in Margate, between the shops and sea with local amenities within walking distance. All bedrooms are ensuite, clean and comfortable, tea making facilities with colour TV. There is a large well stocked bar and entertainment most evenings. The tariff is based on five nights bed and full english breakfast, there is also available a menu for evening meals at an additional cost.
This hotel is highly recommended and group tours are catered for all year round.

Saturday 31st July – Leave the North East and travel North West to Glasgow, arriving in time for the start of the game, on conclusion of the game our coach will take us on a short journey to our hotel, The Ibis in Glasgow, where we can wine and dine and rest our heads.
Sunday 1st August – After breakfast we have a short leisure break before leaving at midday back to the North East.
