Durham CCC can confirm that Scottish International batsmen Calum Macleod will join up with the champions this April.
25 year old Macleod is currently representing Scotland in their 2015 World Cup Qualifying campaign in New Zealand. Calum is under the watchful eye of Durham skipper Paul Collingwood who is coaching the Scottish side.
Macleod recently showed his explosive batting talent with Scottish record 175 against Canada last week. The second highest score in an associate cricket match the 24 year old blasted the record score from only 141 balls to set Scotland a winning total. Macleod’s efforts have helped Scotland to the top of Group B in the 2015 World Cup qualifying tournament.
Macleod will join up with the squad on an initial one month period this April and will be looking to make an impression at Emirates Durham ICG.
