Durham’s second eleven will aim to maintain their unbeaten start to the season when they take on Warwickshire this week.
Before a championship match gets underway at the Emirates Durham ICG on Tuesday, the sides will face each other in two T20 games on Monday at Benwell Hill (11:30am start).
Coach Alastair Maiden has guided his side to four wins and a draw from five competitive games this summer, with the second string completing a hat-trick of victories over Leicestershire last week at Brandon.
Maiden has named a 13-man squad for the clash with Warwickshire, which contains four players with first team experience.
Captain Gordon Muchall, Usman Arshad, Stuart Poynter and Ryan Buckley are all set to feature against the Midlands outfit.
