Durham Flag

Durham CCC supports dozens of good causes and will continue to do so as and when appropriate. Requests must be made in writing, a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the event, to the Marketing Department, Emirates Durham ICG, Chester le Street, Durham DH3 3QR.

Please appreciate that we receive hundreds of requests and priority is given to those organisations that support Durham CCC through our Twenty 20 group ticket deal.

In 2012, organisations who buy 50+ tickets for a t20 match will receive a signed bat plus entry into a draw for the opportunity for children within their group to form the players’ Guard of Honour on the pitch.

Durham County Cricket Foundation

In 2009, the Durham Foundation was set up to provide inspiration, motivation and raised self-esteem to our local community using the power of sport.

The Foundation’s programmes are divided into five pillars of activity; Education, Grassroots Sport, Health, Club Development and Social Cohesion. These projects are not just undertaken in Durham, but right across the region, including Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, Cleveland and Cumbria. In its first full year of operation the Foundation interacted with almost 10,000 people. Nearly 150 schools and over 50 cricket clubs have benefited from the valuable work Foundation staff do in the community.

The Foundation is funded through sponsorship, corporate fundraising, and voluntary donations. For more details please visit here
