• Homemade pork and apple sage bites
• Deep fried fish goujons with tartar sauce
• Chicken pieces with lemon and garlic glaze
• Cajun spiced potato wedges with salsa (v)
• Tandoori chicken skewer with coolling mint yogurt
• Breaded mushrooms filled with garlic butter (v)
• Onion bhajis with raita (v)
• Char grilled vegetable bruschette (v)

• Lamb and courgette skewer
• Chr grilled beef rib eye with horseradish
• Tempura king prawns with sweet chilli dip
• Pork and leek sausage on toasted brioche
• Salmon goujons with aioli
• Butternut squash risotto cakes (v)
• Cheese and spring onion loaded jacket potato (v)
• Tartlets of Northumbrian smoked cheese with chutney (v)

Desserts

• Lemon posset with berry compote
• Chocolate truffle pot with ameretto biscuit
• Vanilla creme brulee

•  Turkey and bacon club
•  Parma ham with cheese and mild mustard
•  Flash fried chicken with salsa and sour cream wrap
•  Chicken with apricot and lightly spiced guava flavoured mayonnaise
•  Pickled cucumber and cream cheese
