GENERAL INFORMATION
PROSPECTS OF PLAY
In the event of poor weather at either match, Prospects of Play will be updated with the latest information from 9.00am on the day of the game. Please call 0844 499 4466 and select the 'Prospects of Play' option.
TRAVEL AND CAR PARKING
Full details of public transport, park and ride and onsite car parking will be available from Monday 3 March 2008.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in any public seating areas. Smoking will still be permitted in the concourse areas of the ground (except where signs are displayed).
ALCOHOL FREE AREA
In response to public demand, the South West Terrace Upper will be alcohol free for 2008. Fans will still be able to purchase alcohol from the ground, however it cannot be consumed in this stand.
TICKET DELIVERY
Tickets for either match will not be delivered prior to December 2007. Every effort will be made to ensure that tickets booked before December 2007 are delivered in time for Christmas however this cannot be guaranteed. Tickets booked from January 2008 onwards will be delivered within one month.
REPLAY SCREEN
The Replay Screen will be located between blocks 30 and 31. Some seats in blocks 28 to 32 may have a restricted view of the replay screen. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Durham County Cricket Club reserve the right to move the position of the replay screen without prior notice.
BARMY ARMY STAND
The Barmy Army Stand will be in block 31 at the North end of the North East Terrace and is ideal for fans who want to enjoy cricket in fun and entertaining surroundings. The Barmy Army Stand will encompass the lively spirit of England supporters and their reputation as the world's best fans. Durham County Cricket Club would like to remind spectators that the Riverside is a family friendly ground where use of foul and abusive language or behaviour will not be tolerated.
WHEELCHAIR BAYS
Wheelchair bays are available in al areas except the North Terrace, North East Terrace and South West Terrace Upper. One carer accompanying a person assigned to a wheelchair bay may sit with with person free of charge (seats may be temporary). To book a wheelchair bay please contact the Box Office on 0844 499 4466.
VISUALLY IMPAIRED
Visually impaired spectators are permitted to bring one carer into the ground free of charge. Please contact the Box Office on 0844 499 4466 to book your tickets.
