REFUND SCHEME – NATWEST SERIES

If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which this ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of only the face value of this ticket subject to there being:

(a) 10 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained - a full refund;
(b) 10.1 overs to 24.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained - a 50% refund. 
In no other circumstances can money be refunded. 

Claims for refunds are subject to a £1.40 administration charge per application.  To claim a refund you must send your ticket with your name and address in block capitals to Valassis Ltd, Dept. P8005, Corby, Northants NN17 1NN so that it arrives no later than 15 July 2008.  The following telephone number should be noted in case your refund is not received within 28 days: 01536 400160 (9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday).

In no other circumstances can money be refunded.
