Ashok Leyland also unveiled a specially designed CSK fan bus created exclusively for the franchise’s passionate “Whistle Podu” supporter base.

This partnership continues the longstanding association between the five-time IPL champions and the Hinduja Group, building on the successful 15-year collaboration with Gulf Oil, another Hinduja Group company.

“We are delighted to join hands with the Chennai Super Kings, a team that embodies excellence, consistency, and a winning spirit,” Ashok Leyland Chairman Dheeraj Hinduja said.

“Through this partnership, we celebrate our shared values of resilience and high performance. We are proud to support a team that has brought immense pride to our home city.”

CSK Pre-Season Camp Underway at Navalur

Chennai Super Kings began their pre-season camp last week at the High Performance Centre in Navalur ahead of the 19th edition of the Indian Premier League.

The team is training under assistant coach Rajiv Kumar and assistant bowling coach S. Sriram.

Captain Ruturaj Gaikwad and former skipper MS Dhoni arrived in Chennai on Saturday. Indian players already in camp include Ayush Mhatre, Urvil Patel, Mukesh Choudhary, and Prashant Veer.

Overseas recruits will join later this month, while head coach Stephen Fleming and bowling coach Eric Simons are expected by March 16.

Since winning their fifth title in 2023 under Dhoni, CSK have endured two disappointing seasons, narrowly missing the playoffs in 2024 and finishing last bottom last year.
