Huge sixes, one-handed screamers, and wickets flying everywhere are all set to return as the SA20 enters its 4th season. The tournament kicks off on 26 December and will once again feature 6 teams competing across 34 matches at 6 venues.

In its first three seasons, the league has quickly established itself as a major T20 competition, delivering packed stadiums, high-scoring games, and intense rivalries. Each season has produced a different champion, highlighting the league’s competitiveness. With the same drama and rising popularity, SA20 Season 4 promises another thrilling summer of cricket as we take a closer look at this year’s teams and squads.

They were also two‑time defending champions going into the 2025 season and reached three consecutive finals, underlining their consistency.  Known for their aggressive batting and varied bowling attack, they strike a strong balance of firepower and depth, making them serious contenders every season.
